Meet Kristin
Kristin Howe, PT, DPT, COMT, SMT, CDNS, FiT
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and life-long learner with over 15 years of experience in orthopedic manual physical therapy, Kristin is dedicated to helping her clients reach their fullest potential so that they may continue to do the activities they love. She believes the best way to achieve lasting results involves a holistic approach to rehabilitation, including but not limited to, a comprehensive examination designed to identify the underlying cause of pain/dysfunction, an individualized treatment plan to address each client’s specific goals, and promotion of health and wellness in a fun, low-stress environment.
Kristin’s practice tends to be heavily manual therapy based with an emphasis on functional movement. She believes that good movement is the foundation to maintaining a long-lasting, active lifestyle. She is looking forward to continuing to advance her practice skills, emphasizing manual physical therapy and integrated functional movement.
In her spare time, Kristin enjoys yoga, hiking/backpacking/camping with her husband and dog, and exploring everything that Northern Idaho and nature has to offer.
