An effective technique based on neurophysiolgical principles used to treat myofascial trigger points to address tight muscles, release tension and pain, optimize muscle recruitment, and provide an opportunity to retrain movement patterns.
*NOTE: Dry needling is never a stand alone treatment. Your session will always include a brief assessment and specific movement/exercise to integrate and enhance the effects of the dry needling treatment.
